data/users.json in your GitHub repository (joshltmr/senganthal-com). All users across the world will immediately have access!
repo scope (or fine-grained token with Contents: Read and write).
GITHUB_TOKEN directly in your Vercel Project Dashboard → Settings → Environment Variables. Once added there, it works automatically for all admins without typing it in the browser!
